Listed building Renovation

A recent roof renovation of two listed buildings in Pitsford, Northampton. This project included:

• Complete overhaul of main roof, slipped & broken tiles corrected
• All flashings replaced in lead
• Ridge tiles checked an re-embedded where necessary.
• Chimney repointed and pots replaced with breathable caps
• New roofs added on coach house and washrooms, re-claimed slates sourced to match existing
• New link roof created between two buildings in the same style as main building
• Back roof on cottage stripped and breathable membrane added
• Main roof felt wasn’t breathable – Added felt lap vents to help the air to flow
